We’ve rescheduled the September meeting due to a conflict. Please join us for our end of summer/farewell to Bob Bogan cook out at the Albany Habana on September 8th! For more details, visit this thread in the forum. We have the date booked- Saturday July 31, at noon. From noon to 3:15 we have a picnic lunch with dogs, chowder, raw clams and much more along with whatever games (horseshoes, bocce, etc.) you’d like to play. International Pipe Smoking Day was February 20th this year, and our Club picked up a few new members! A steady stream of Pipers visited Habana Premium’s 1645 Central Avenue location, with Peterson pipes on display. [View with PicLens] On March 3rd, during our monthly pipe club meeting we were thrilled to host a very special guest… world renowned pipe maker Luigi Viprati. There was an incredible amount of absolutely breathtaking pipes on display, some of which you wouldn’t normally see anywhere else. Our club members had a wonderful time visiting with Mr. Viprati [...] On January 23 members of The Capitol District Pipe Club assembled at an undisclosed yet familiar location off Central Avenue in Colonie.
